Booking Tickets
1. Tickets for the Grotto can be purchased online only. They cannot be purchased in person or by telephone.
2. Tickets can only be purchased on the direct links on our website.
3. Tickets are not for resale and are to be purchased for personal use only.
4. Adult tickets must be purchased with at least one child ticket. Testlands reserve the right to void tickets booked without a child ticket.

Admission
1. Tickets are only valid for the location, time and date stated on your booking. Your booking is in place within a 30 minute slot, in which a set number of places exist and cannot be used at other times.
2. All children and adults require a ticket. Please note, children under 3 go free and do not require a ticket.
3. Your ticket will be in the form of booking confirmation or email and must be shown at the entrance of the Grotto.

Inside the Grotto
1. Children must be accompanied with an adult at all times (ie. someone over the age of 18)
2. Dogs (other than assistance dogs) are not permitted.
3. Smoking, including e-cigarettes are not permitted in the Grotto or in surrounding/outside areas.
4. Please be aware there will be flashing lights in the Grotto. Please see our SEN sessions for further information to avoid this.
5. queuing times will try to be avoided however please expect short delays when inside the grotto.

Changes to your booking
1. Should you wish to make changes to the time or date of your booking, or add additional tickets, we require at least 24 hours notice and changes will be subject to availability. These changes can be made by contacting us at contactus@testlands.com.

Cancellations & refunds
1. In the event that you need to cancel your tickets, we require at least 24 hours notice. Your booking can be cancelled free of charge by contacting us at contactus@testlands.com. Refunds will not be given unless at least 24 hours notice is PROVIDED.

2. Refunds will only be given after 24 hour notice in the case of adverse weather if the event has to be cancelled.
3. We do not offer refunds for non-attendance. It is your responsibility to check your booking time, date and location. Please be sure to allow extra time for traffic OR UNEXPECTED DELAYS.
4. If the event must be cancelled for any reason outside of our control, we will contact all affected customers and offer a full refund.
Other
1. When you purchase a ticket, we collect certain information from you in order to fulfil the order.
2. Please be aware, CCTV is installed on our premises.
3. Parking is very limited for the event and in and around the local area. Use of public transport and/or walking to the venue is strongly advised.

4. SEVERAL PARKING BAYS WILL BE PRIORITISED FOR BLUE BADGE HOLDERS.
