  • Will I get a refund if I cancel a session at holiday club
    Our cancellation policy is to issue a credit note. Click here to see our cancellation policy.
     

  • I clicked on the payment option for childcare vouchers, how do I take payment?
    Cancel and rebook in the same way as before but by clicking onto the correct method.

  • Can my year R child attend if they have not yet had their 5th birthday?
    Due to OFSTED guidelines, they must be 5 years old to attend.
     

  • Do you have an activity timetable for holiday club?
    Yes, click on the activity timetable button under your selected site.

  • How old does my child need to be to attend holiday club?
    Between 5-13 years of age.

    Yes, please see the link to book a one off session in the next 30 days. Alternatively please enquire here.
     

  • Are dogs allowed on the field?
    Unfortunately we have a no dog on site policy and therefore your furry friends will need to be left at home.
