Health, Wellbeing & Communities Leader
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
To lead and oversee all operations delivered under any health, wellbeing and community setting. The Senior Leader will be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of services across multiple sites, requiring strong managerial presence and logistical planning.

Starting Salary: £36,000 per annum

Contingency Note: The continued tenure in this role is highly reliant on the successful and timely acquisition and launch of the St Mary's Leisure Centre site (as legal terms have already been agreed)
Must be able to working evening and weekend shifts
Youth Worker
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for passionate and flexible Youth Workers to join our team on a part-time, casual basis. Working across our Alternative Provision at Testlands and through community outreach, you will support young people who need extra guidance, helping them build confidence, develop positive habits, and access new opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a real difference, building meaningful relationships, and delivering engaging activities in both centre-based and community settings. (£13–18 per hour)

After School Club
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
Join our afterschool sports team as a Casual Staff Member and help create fun, active, and engaging sessions for children. You’ll support coaches, encourage participation, ensure safety, and help young people develop confidence through sport. This flexible role is perfect for energetic, positive individuals who enjoy working with children and promoting physical activity.
