Holiday Club Instructor

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Run all activities at Holiday Club
- To establish good working relationships with staff, children & parents/carers
- To assist children
during lunch times and clean up after 
- Take registers using booking system
- To ensure a handover is given to parents/carers at the end of the day in accordance to our procedure 
- To co
mmunicate any concerns to Holiday Club leader
- Administer first aid 
(If qualified)
- Cleaning of equipment and site
- Identify opportu
nities for improvement in service delivery and implementing and evaluating changes, where required.
- Maintain professional competence and undertake appropriate training/education, as required


Safeguarding training available

SALARY: Dependant on experience
HOURS: Half terms in general with the opportunity of full time coach employment

 

Wellbeing Co-ordinator - Sports Coach

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

​

- To co-ordinate the collection of various data across physical education, physical activity and school sport (PEPASS), health and wellbeing. To analyse this data against other local, regional and national data and assist with using it to impact activities/services we provide.

- To co-ordinate the delivery of TEL services and also innovate/deliver projects to enhance participation/physical activity for young people and the community.

- To coordinate the health, safety, wellbeing and training of all TEL/Testlands Holiday Club (THC) sites.

- To coordinate and deliver Sports Premium objectives within TEL schools.

- To deliver to the expectations of the charter and ethos of Testlands and positively challenging any areas that may not be doing so.

- To coordinate the development/progression of the TEL development plan, staff PDPs, staff delivery/quality, staff cover/timetable, staff training/CPD and other Testlands initiatives.

- To lead and oversee the use of various online systems and programmes to ensure day to day operations are being delivered efficiently and effectively.

SALARY: 22.5 - 30K
HOURS: 37.5 a week
